How?
Treatments are completely non invasive and you remain fully clothed. I may ask you to remove your shoes for your own comfort and possibly to remove jewelery as this can sometimes interfere with the energy flow. I simply place my hands either on or hovering over your body in certain areas, I will move around your whole body and may stay in some areas longer than others. You don't need to do anything, just lie back or sit back and relax and enjoy the treatment.
Where?
I am a mobile Reiki healer so I can visit your home or work place, wherever is convenient for you. Most importantly somewhere where you can relax and be free of noise and stress for the time of the treatment. I am based in Twyford, Berkshire and can travel around the area, but may have to charge extra for long journeys.
How long?
The duration of a treatment will vary, as it depends on you and what your body needs. However it will generally be between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Your first treatment will be slightly longer, around 1hr 15 minutes. If you are short of time I can arrange a mini treatment for you, healing can be done in any space of time, however the healing power will obviously be limited with short periods of time and it may be that regular treatments are required to balance your energies fully.
What will I feel?
During the treatments you may have some sensations as the energy is being channeled around your body. This really does vary from person to person but you may feel tingling, hot flushes, cold breezes, twinges, you may also feel like laughing or even crying. Following the treatment you may feel tired and need to sleep, you may feel instantly relaxed, emotional, productive or content. None of these feelings are right or wrong, it is just your bodies reaction to healing itself, it knows what it needs and will be clear in letting you know.
How much?
Treatments are tailored specifically to each individual, therefore the cost of the treatments will vary, it will be right for you and not set as standard. All treatment fees are agreed prior to treatment and payable upon completion of the session. So please do contact me to discuss prices, I shall be happy to talk through your requirements and will provide you with details of the relevant cost.
